Salon Policy

I am inside a private salon suite, inside Sola Salon Studios and only take one client at a time. You have freedom in my salon suite and masks are optional! This is your home away from home and it is very important to me that you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Salon Policy: If any adjustments to your color service is desired, those adjustments MUST be completed within 7 days of the original service. These adjustments will be completed within those first 7 days at no charge. Within the 7 day period, you agree to an additional color consultation to determine if what you want adjusted is relative to the original services provided. However, after 7 days of service a fee will be charged. Fashion colors are not included in this 7 day grace period due to the fact that these fashion colors are temporary and are designed to fade with washing. The policy stands firm on only making adjustments to your original service. For example, deciding that you don’t like a highlight and now want an all-over color is considered an entirely new service, not an adjustment to your original service and therefore, not included in the 7 day grace period. No refunds on services rendered and take home hair product must be unopened to be exchanged. There is a 24 hour cancelation policy in place. Please cancel your appointment, if needed, 24 hours in advance, so you are not charged a no show cancelation fee. All appointments canceled after the 24 hour deadline are considered a no show and will be charged accordingly. Thank you for understanding.

The LATE policy is 15 minutes. Appointment time is very important. A late client can push my whole day back and affect other scheduled client’s valuable time. Therefore, a client that has not shown up to their scheduled appointment within the 15 minute Late Policy, will be considered a no show and will be charged a no show fee!

I do not set up appointments through text, Instagram or Facebook. This helps us both to keep track of appointments and confirmation texts and emails. Thank you for understanding. Credit card information is required to hold your appointment. A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required for first time new clients. The booking fee is applied toward your final service cost. If a cancellation is required before the 24 hour cancellation policy, the booking fee will transfer to your next appointment. If the appointment is canceled after the 24 hour window time or you are a no show to your appointment, the booking fee is forfeited. No show clients will not be able to rebook.
